The practice of the fasting ritual is an easy yet powerful means to clear away obstacles to physical and mental well-being. It brings the practitioner to the essence of the supreme secret of Chenrezig, the compassionate expression of all Buddhas.

Plan on spending Friday night at the center to ensure your presence at the vows early Saturday morning. The fast ends at dawn Monday morning and the practice session should end before 7:30am.

Empowerment is required to participate. There are space limitations and you must register before the retreat.
