One of the principle practices of Tibetan Buddhism is training to meditate during the dream state. Lama Tsering will introduce us to the meaning of Dream Yoga and how we can bring this knowledge from our sleeping lives to our waking lives.
After completing a three year retreat in 1995, Lama Tsering was ordained as a lama and recognized by H.E. Chagdud Rinpoche as a holder of the Red Tara lineage. Lama Tsering also received the complete training and transmission of Dream Yoga from H.E. Chagdud Rinpoche.
Her warm and humorous manner of teaching reflects her own teacher's style, with a focus on cultivating compassion, training the mind, and applying the dharma in a practical way. Lama Tsering resides in Sao Paulo Brazil, where she is resident lama and director of Chagdud Gonpa Odsal Ling.
